For an amount exceeding PKR 99,000 online payment(s) is preferred because COD for such a billed amount is not possible as per Law & policies of courier companies available in Pakistan at the moment. A: Yes we do cash on delivery (COD) for order(s) not exceeding to PKR 99,000/-.

A: No, at the moment we do not have a physical store/shop, as we keep all our inventory/stocks at warehouse and we ship/dispatch all orders directly to customer(s) to all cities via reliable courier partners straight from warehouse.
Q4: Can i open my parcel to check my product before making COD payment?
A: Sure! You can open the parcel prior to make a COD payment. As we can mention on your parcel a note for courier personnel(s)/rider(s), which allows our customer(s) to check their ordered product(s) prior to making any payment(s).

A: You can exchange your product(s) within 5 days from the day you receive your order via courier company.
